in 2007 i biked the pacific coast from Seattle to the Mexican border, walked back up the Pacific Crest Trail to the Canadiene border, and then biked back to Seattle... 4829 miles, 161 days...

It took me 1700 miles to get to this sign!  I was so happy I almost came to tears when I saw it.  The closer I got to it the faster I hiked.  I was convinced it was around every turn.
